Developed and produced by Astro especially for sparkling wines, Conex liners and the MasteX PVC-Free Gasket allow bottle pressure to be maintained at up to 6 bar and are applicable with standard capping heads on bottling lines:
Liner Conex Characterised by its conical shape, this insert is available in high cone (H) and low cone (L) versions. It fits perfectly in the space between the glass and the capsule, guaranteeing a better seal and eliminating the risk of liquid leakage due to pressure.
MasteX PVC-Free Gasket Manufactured and hot-moulded into the Bacchus 28X15 closure from a totally PVC-free compound, it offers excellent elastic properties for exceptional sealing at pressures up to 6 bar.
